Important things to know about Big on Bouncing and our bouncy castle and inflatable hire service:

• Our service is offered all year round for any occasion including children’s birthday parties, family fun days, village and school fetes, BBQ’s and charity days.
• We offer a complete range of castles for both indoor and outdoor venues – check out our comprehensive database of indoor venues available for hire in your area.
• We deliver and collect the castles at no additional charge and always setup and dismantle your choice of inflatable or bouncy castle.
• We are covered by public liability insurance and are members of the British Inflatable Hirers’ Alliance.
• We accept all major debit/credit cards prior to your event by calling 01628 410736 or 07926 751243.  Alternatively cash or cheque with a valid cheque card on delivery of our equipment.
• We have a bad weather and last minute cancellation policy at no charge provided you call prior to 8.00am.
• We offer inflatable’s, sumo suits and gladiator duels for adults.

I just wanted to thank you for the superb service we received when hiring your three inflatables for our annual Summer fete (with overnight stay for crunching munching Tiger for our school sponsored bounce...). I have booked bouncy castles before but the service you provided was by far the best. The quality of your castle, the timing of your arrival and collection, your efficiency and courtesy was as professional as you can get. Your guys made sure we were fully informed about safety procedures and most importantly how to make sure the children had the most fun but that they were safe whilst doing so. This is just to thank you for the fantastic activity day you ran for our school. All the equipment was immaculate and very different to items we have had in thepast. Running an event like this with your company was completely stress free and help us to raise lots of money for our school.
