We had the best birthday party for my two year old! The staff were extremely friendly , professional and dedicated. The play area is super fun and the cafe food and drinks were really nice . The place is quite nice, very small and very hot (with fans available but switched off), but children can have fun there. Unfortunately they greatly upset my child. We were invited to a birthday party, during the play he got spinned too fast and then someone punched him on a stomach and it made him sick, which just on its own made him really sad. We were then asked to leave and refused the chance to join the rest of the party with cake cutting. They told the host it was the policy BUT didnt considerthe fact he wasnt ill, which I made very clear. We helped cleaning up yet he still got punished in a way 🤷🏻‍♀️. A lovely hidden gem! The soft play is extremely clean and a decent size where parents and carers can watch little ones while drinking a coffee! The staff are phenomenal! My partner and I took the little ones to soft play today. Both had an amazing time. If you’re looking for something modest and homely. This is the place to go. I was able to see my older child play whilst I was in the baby area with my littlest one. Staff are lovely and welcoming and engage with the parents and children. Very affordable. Both the cost of the soft play itself and the cost of food and drink served inside with plenty of choice. The place is well maintained and clean. There are plenty of activities/toys/playing area for the kids to tire them out without overstimulating them. I would recommend and will be returning again. This place is really great. Found it by accident. Staff are friendly and welcoming, there is a range of toys for different ages. The place is really clean (including the toilets and food areas) coffee was real and they have a variety of food for snacks and lunch. It was my first time at Big on Bouncing and i cannot thank enough Karen and Wayne for the lovely time. This is a hidden gem. very well maintained and managed. you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while you can watch your kids playing. best part is they take booking as per time slot so only people booked are allowed and rest have to ring the bell to access which makes this a place safe. Just hosted my daughter's 5th birthday at Big On Bouncing and it was excellent. So much so that several parents said they will likely book it for their children's birthdays later this year! The exclusive hire works well - absolutely everything is taken care of, the children have a ball and there is an excellent cafe for the grown ups too (great coffee and the Epic Brownies are true to their name). We’ve just held my son’s 6th birthday party at Big on Bouncing and I can’t recommend it enough!! The entire process was seamless, easy and professional. From the initial booking, to ordering food with dietary requirements, through to the party itself. The venue is perfect for a private hire party (as well as good fun during the public sessions) and my son and his friends had an absolute blast! Your children are visible and accessible from every point of the seating area and the cafe also sells great coffee (vital!!) and brownies to die for! (Along with lots of other food and drinks!)
