  • Big on Bouncing service is offered all year round for any occasion – including Children’s birthday parties, school and village fetes, corporate days, garden parties, summer camps, charity events, Christenings, Weddings, Youth Clubs, fundraising and BBQs and much more!.
  • Big on Bouncing offer a complete range of Bouncy Castles, Soft Play, Disco Domes, Ball Shooters, Slides, Gladiator Duel, Foot Pool, Assault Courses, Playzones,  Ball Ponds, Interactive Playsystem, Didi Cars, Penalty Shoot Out, Dash n Grab,  Sumo Suits and inflatables for both use outdoors and at indoor venues.  Please view our comprehensive database of indoor venues available for hire in your area.
  • Big on Bouncing deliver, install and collect the all of our Bouncy Castles and Inflatables at no additional cost within a 20 mile radius of SL1.  Please contact us if your delivery address is outside this area and we may be able to accommodate your booking for an additional charge.
  • We operate with £10 million pounds of Public Liability Insurance and we are members of the British Inflatable Hirers’ Alliance.
  • Each piece of our Inflatable equipment has a current PIPA or RPII Certificate.
  • All electrical equipment is PAT Tested.
  • Big on Bouncing accept all major debit/credit cards no later than 4 days prior to your event by calling 01628 410736 or 07926 751243.  We are able to accept cheques from Schools and Charities.  We can also supply you and Invoice for BACS transfer which must be paid prior to your hire date.  Alternatively full payment must be paid on delivery of our equipment in cash with two forms of ID, unfortunately if full payment is not received we are unable to leave our equipment with you.
  • We offer inflatable’s, Bouncy Castles, Slides, sumo suits, gladiator duels, Foot Pool and Dash n Grab for adults together with a wide range of party services.

Cancellation Policy

With effect from 8th February 2019 once a booking has been made with Big on Bouncing Limited either via telephone, email, via our website, via our Facebook page, via our twitter account, text message or What’s App the following Cancellation Policy will apply to all bookings, as you the hirer have entered into a Contract with Big on Bouncing Limited.

We offer a free of charge cancellation option in the event of heavy rain or high winds if the booking is outside.To take advantage of this option the hirer must telephone us no later 6.00pm the day before the hire date.If the booking is cancelled for any other reason after the time of booking or after this time, the following Cancellation Policy will be applied:

  • Within 8 weeks prior to the event 25% of the order value
  • Within 6 weeks prior to the event 50% of the order value
  • Within 4 weeks prior to the event 75% of the order value
  • Within 2 weeks prior to the event 100% of the order value

In the event of multiple items being booked for the same event and the hirer requests to cancel one or more of these items the cancelled items will be invoiced as per our Cancellation Policy above.

All cancellation Invoices will be sent to the hirer and payment will be required to Big on Bouncing Limited within 7 days of the date of the Invoice.
